Urban Fantasy Reads (https://urbanfantasyreads.com/.), referred to as “the Site,” is a book marketing website owned and operated by SpiderWebz Design, LLC (https://spiderwebzdesign.net).
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal information provided by you when you subscribe to our newsletters, answer survey questions, order services or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, and email preferences.
Google, a third party vendor, uses cookies to measure traffic and potentially serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
MailerLite, another third party vendor, is used to manage our email marketing subscriber list and to send emails to our subscribers.
Information collected may be used to:

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
To assist with sending you requested information, we use Mailerlite to collect and store your email address. MailerLite may collect and process your data using industry-standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. MailerLite’s privacy policy is available at https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy. You may opt-out of the collection of your data by unsubscribing (we will remove your data) and contacting them using the instructions on their privacy page https://www.mailerlite.com/privacy-policy.
To assist authors/publishers with booking newsletter ads, we use WP Booking System to collect and store information within the Site. WP Booking System only collects information necessary for services being sold to the client.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Google Analytics data is retained for 26 months. Contact forms and comments cookies are held for no more than one year. We will retain your Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
What rights you have over your data
